[rb-general] Scheduling a regular time for IRC meetings

Dear all,

Thanks to everyone who attended the trial IRC meeting yesterday — really
nice to see so many folks present.

The consensus was that we want to try a regularly-scheduled meeting every
two weeks, so this mail is to determine the best time for that.

I will close this poll in one week from today and then send out a mail
scheduling the first one.

Meetings would be held on #reproducible-builds on OFTC, will start promptly
at the specified time and will last no longer than 1 hour. Agenda/reminders
will be sent out in plenty of time before each meeting.

What you need to do
===================

a) Please fill in this form so I can pick a suitable regular slot:

      https://framadate.org/DYYzVSdsexFYPwwg

(Note that the interface has a small left-right scrolling interface
in case you do not see options for all days of the week.)

The "ifneedbe" state should be used for slots where you can make it
but have a strong preference for others.

All times are in UTC. To reliably convert, especially with respect
to daylight savings time offsets, I suggest using a service such as
   http://time.is/compare/1700_28_Sept_2016_in_UTC/NYC.

b) Please distribute this email to anyone you feel would be interested.

Regards,
