fix kerning and fonts issues

I've loaded the SVG into inkscape and exported the logo and text
without background as PNG on buster. My machine has this setting
fontconfig-config fontconfig/hinting_style select hintfull
but also FREETYPE_PROPERTIES=truetype:interpreter-version=35
