Status notifier watcher from indicator-application returns error
when trying to register host:
GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.GLib.ErrorError: Method invoked
for RegisterStatusNotifierHost returned FALSE but did not set
error

It not used since cd1a0db6.

Before commit cd1a0db6 clock_location_get_timezone returned
timezone identifier and clock_location_get_tzname returned timezone
abbreviation.

This commit replaces timezone identifier with timezone abbreviation
in calendar popup window and restores timezone identifier in
preferences dialog.

One more regression from cd1a0db6... Before that commit
clock_location_get_offset returned timezone offset in seconds
relative to system timezone.

GWeatherLocationEntry is removed from libgweather 4. This commit
adds unmodified copy of this class from libgweather.

And make sure it builds.
