session-rdp: Also check VCM handle when clearing it

FreeRDP 3.x checks the handle against NULL and the invalid handle value
before clearing it.
FreeRDP 2.x only checks against NULL, so add an additional check to
only attempt to clear the VCM, when the handle is valid.
