Revert "Rename native messaging manifest file to org.gnome.browser_connector"

This reverts commit 921a38f6deaf78bd036103d1f5cc8da7fbe94356.

Manifest filename must follow "name" attribute which we can not change
for now because it must be in sync with extension which is too hard to
implement now.
