debian: Switch from Google Contacts API to CalDAV
requested to merge pwithnall-guest/evolution-data-server:unstable-fix-google-calendar into debian/unstable
Add patches from upstream to move Google Contacts addressbooks to CalDAV, as the Google Contacts API will be turned off at the end of 2021 (see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgdata/-/issues/42)
