io-error-info-bar: better use gtk_info_bar_set_show_close_button()

The standard close button is not shown well with a vertical action area
(when there are several buttons).

Instead of "Cancel", I've thought also about "Don't Retry" or
"Don't Try Again". "Cancel" seems fine when testing it.
