Revert: drop libadwaita
It's better not to diverge as much by reverting upstream changes, as it would make quite hard to get point-release updates, leaving the LTS in a complicated state. Since libadwita is handling the ubuntu color accents properly, let's just use it, as it's already part of Shell and other main components (See lp:1967777).
