gthreadedresolver: Don't ignore flags in lookup_by_name_with_flags

Not sure if you want this patch in d/patches as it will be a part of the next 3.38 release I presume and would then have to be removed again. Thought I'd go ahead and propose this MR anyway :)

Fell free to close this if you prefer to wait for a new upstream release instead.
