Add nodefault_option after the main option, not before

This fixes an issue with the "Alternate Characters Key" UI where
get_xkb_option_from_name() was confused by the introduction of a
supplemental nodefault_option.

Previously only the "None" and "Right Alt" options were correctly
reflected in the UI.
