This reverts commit 330b89a6, reversing
changes made to 7cc45a50.

To come back to the state at
commit 7cc45a50
to have a Tepl-based gedit-plugins.

(done in the main gedit repo as well).

Don't have CI, like in gedit main repo.

git shortlog -sn is your friend and is more accurate.
Also the *.doap file has the list of maintainers, and doing a git log -p
on that file shows its history.

The homepage can be the same as the main gedit one, which contains a
link to a list of gedit plugins (both core ones and these ones).

The mailing list has been archived.

For the bug-database, we want good bug reports and avoiding getting many
duplicates.

The version number is present in the meson.build file.

To avoid mkdir build/ all the time.

The plugins/translate/ dir will be removed in a second commit.

This plugin is no longer maintained. It could be put in its own git repo
to revive it.

It can be replaced by:
https://flathub.org/apps/details/app.drey.Dialect
for example.

The plugins/findinfiles/ dir will be removed in a second commit.

The plugin doesn't have any maintainer.

When merged, we asked the author to continue maintaining it, but free
software doesn't work this way. (BTW the plugin initial work was funded,
but reviews and maintenance wasn't).

Also, since it's written in Vala it's harder for us to work with. We
already have C, Python and a little of Objective C.

If somebody wants to maintain it, an easy solution is to put it in its
own repo.

A replacement is to use an external tool, like grep / git grep.

Use only methods that can be called using GI.

It's maybe easy to fix, I really don't know.

But nobody reported the bug. The plugin is aimed at advanced users,
while gedit primarily targets beginners.

If somebody is interested to revive this plugin, it can be put in its
own repo.
