Drop appstream from Build-Depends 

This prevents that irrelevant translatable strings are extracted
when building for Ubuntu.

    @bigon: You asked me at #debian-gnome whether this is still necessary. The answer is yes. While it does not make a difference when building for Debian, it helps on Ubuntu since we create the POT file there due to the language packs.
